How long is my gift card valid?
Every gift card is valid for 4 years. Use a stay package within 12 months of purchase. After that, its full value can still be used towards stays and dining for another 3 years.
Can I choose the gift card amount?
Stay packages have a set price. For a gift card of any amount, valid at all seven KNOX hotels including Flókalundur, visit knoxhotels.is/gift-cards.
Can I use my gift card for different services?
A stay package is one night for two with breakfast, or with breakfast and a three-course dinner. If it isn’t used within 12 months, its full value can go towards stays and dining for another 3 years.
How do I redeem my gift card?
Contact the hotel directly and mention your gift card when you book: +354 456 2011 or flokalundur@flokalundur.is. Summer packages can be booked from 1 May to 30 September.
Can I get a refund?
